Main Ingredients: Yakisoba noodle, chicken/meat, vegetables
INGREDIENTS1 package of Yakisoba (serves 4 persons) 1 cup broccoli, cut into bite sizes 1 cup carrots, slice thinly 1/2 cup onion, slice thinly 2 thin slices of ginger 1 tsp minced garlic chicken or any meat of your choice, cut into bite sizes Note: use your favorite vegetables and/or meat in this dish Seasoning Sauce: 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp black vinegar, 1 cup stock, 1/2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, dash of pepper, 1 tsp sesame seed oil
METHOD(1) Rinse and separate the noodle with hand. Set aside. (2) Marinate chicken with 1 tsp corn starch, little salt and pepper. Set aside for 15 minutes. (3) Heat little oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger and garlic and stir fry till fragrant. (4) Add in chicken pieces, and stir fry till cooked. (5) Push the chicken to one side of the pan, and add all vegetables. (6) Stir fry till everything is combined and till vegetables are almost cooked. (7) Add sauce ingredients, and bring it to a boil. (8) Add noodles, and use tongs or long chopsticks to stir fry the noodles. (9) Gently stir fry the noodle, till sauce is fully absorbed by the noodles. (10) Remove from heat, and serve hot!
